Stays are calculated based on minimum periods of 24 hours, counting from 12 noon until 12 noon the following day.

What is the procedure when I arrive outside reception opening hours?
You should contact reception in advance, if possible, in order to be allocated a seat and, the following day, go to reception to check in.
If this is not possible, you should dock at the reception pier and wait until the next reception opening.

What is the procedure when I check out outside reception opening hours?
You must contact the reception in advance and make payment in advance and the check-out procedures and coordinate the departure time with the reception.

When should I make the payment?
Payment is made at check-in, regardless of length of stay.
